When we create a Ramble map, our goal is to show the beauty of the landscape as best we can. We want you to see the hills, valleys, rivers, and transitions between ecosystems. Each map shows something unique. Each area has something surprising, even to those who know it well.

About This Map

This map is a 2-dimensional print that is ready to hang right out of the box on a backing that will float it off the wall, giving it a nice shadow like in our pictures.

With the highest base elevation in Vermont and some epic backcountry access, Bolton Valley delivers in both snow and adventure.

This map shows the resort as well as the extensive Bolton backcountry and the lands beyond, including the prime section of the famed Bolton-to-Trapps trail (section 22 of the Catamount Trail) as it dips down into the beautiful Nebraska Valley.

The three parallel drainages of Nebraska Valley, Cottonbrook, and Ricker Basin aren't just pretty to look at, they also offer some of the best tree skiing in the region, making this map one of most jam-packed with skiable terrain of any we offer.
